Neuro Spicy Collective • Oregon

Keep it spicy!

We're building a collective around neurodiversity, community, land, creativity, and possibility — one step at a time.

Who We Are

This is the beginning.

Brian, Wendy, Adrienne, and like-minded friends got together and started talking about what it would look like to build something of our own.

We imagined a homestead where people could come together, grow things, care for the land, build businesses, spend time outdoors, and create a community where people understand and celebrate neurodiversity.

We know that vision won't happen overnight.

That's why we're documenting the journey from the very beginning — including the ideas, research, setbacks, discoveries, land search, development plans, and everything we learn along the way.

We're starting with an idea. Now we're building the path.

What We Are Building

A Vision That Starts With Community

To build a regenerative, inclusive, and self-sustaining ecosystem where land, people, and purpose thrive together — empowering neurodivergent individuals through meaningful work, community connection, and stewardship of the natural world.

Community & Connection

Creating spaces where people can connect, belong, contribute, and build meaningful relationships.

Land & Stewardship

Exploring regenerative approaches to land, agriculture, and stewardship while creating meaningful opportunities to participate and contribute.

Meaningful Work

Building pathways for neurodivergent individuals to develop skills, contribute their strengths, and find purpose through meaningful work.

NeuroSpicy Awareness

Developing a charitable organization dedicated to increasing awareness, understanding, acceptance, and support for neurodivergent people and their communities.

Why It Matters

Why It Matters

It started with a conversation between friends.

We came together because we thought differently than the “normal.” We bonded over different life experiences that shaped who we are today. We saw that each of us brought a unique perspective and a unique set of skills that could complement each other and create a stronger whole.

We quickly realized, especially in these troubling times, that it would be great not just to start a homestead, but a community of like-minded individuals based in love and acceptance.

A place where healing could happen if it needed to.

A place where passions could be explored and shared.

A place where we could share stories and experiences for the ultimate goal of enriching our lives.

And yes, we are perfectly aware that we are dreaming big. We have so much to learn, and we're not deceiving ourselves or being naïve. But I really don't think a little bit of optimistic positivity is a terrible thing.

We're willing to dream big — and then learn how to build it.
